It is with heavy hearts that we announce the closure of Jersey's following the passing of our beloved owner, Melissa Brittain, on August 2nd, 2025.
Melissa didn't just run this shop, she infused it with her unique vision, tireless dedication, and love for her community. For many, Jersey's was more than just a haircut - it was a place to relax, laugh, and feel at home. Melissa made sure of that!
We will be hosting a memorial at Jersey's on Sunday, August 10th from 2 to 7 p.m. All customers, friends and family are welcome to attend as we gather to remember and celebrate her life.
Thank you for supporting Melissa and Jersey's over the years. Your loyalty meant the world to her, and it is a testament to the kind of business, and person, she was.
A trust is being set up for her teenage son, Logyn. anyone who wishes to contribute to support Logyn and his future can do so here.
